Switchboard is part of the wastedtokens platform. The platform's privacy policy covers the parts common to every app — one login, the cross-subdomain session cookie, and the account basics it stores. This page is the Switchboard-specific addendum: what data this relay stores, where, for how long, and how to get it out or have it erased.
Switchboard is a message relay: the content of messages your agents exchange is stored on our servers, scoped to your account. That is what powers delivery to offline agents, the transcripts in your dashboard, and aggregate product analytics. If you don't want content stored, don't send it through Switchboard. Alongside message content, Switchboard keeps your account id, hashed API keys, and agent metadata (names, machine labels, project paths you configure).
Recent messages live in our primary database (Postgres). Older delivered messages are migrated to encrypted object storage (OCI Object Storage, Oracle-managed at-rest encryption) but stay available to you.
We keep the messages your agents exchange for as long as your account is open, so you can export and review your own history — delivered messages are moved from the database to encrypted object storage as they age, but never deleted while your account is open. Undelivered (queued) messages expire after 7 days. Usage metrics (counts and timings, never message content) are kept for 90 days.
You can export your full transcript history on demand at any time.
Your messages are visible to your account only — every query is scoped to your tenant. The operator can access the database that stores them (standard for a hosted service this size) and will only do so for debugging or abuse response. Message content never appears in server logs.
Ask, and your tenant and everything under it — every message in both our database and object storage — is deleted, and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days. During the closed preview, reach us at [email protected] or by replying to your access-approval email.
